Our storage was for 7 month in a large climate controlled unit. It was great, Brian was the best I've ever seen. He worked with us while we was in Texas, getting our storage area and was the best with any concerns once we arrived. We alse rented the U-Haul moving our goods to our new home which was flawless.

I can’t speak highly enough of this facility. The location is terrific, the staff always available and helpful, the units are very clean as are the hallways, and the rates are excellent. Are use the facility for one year. At one point I had two units and then was able to reduce my storage contents to one unit. The staff worked with me to find me a unit close to my original one, which made things so much easier. I had another big name storage facility in another town temporarily and it cannot compare to this one. My situation has been a little unusual and that a lot of the time I’ve been out of town and the staff has answered my phone calls and emails promptly. So wonderful to find a business that is clean, well run, and delivers the services that they advertise. Based on my experience I’d advise that you can’t go wrong with 44 self storage.

Recently rented, and couldn't be happier! Office staff were wonderful to work with, and move-in process was super easy! I highly recommend this storage facility!!!

Main 3 story building has issues with the automatic doors. We pay for climate control & our 1st floor unit and temperature is always way over the 82 degrees that was promised. Don't take a unit near the doors unless you want 90 degree storage. Doors open randomly with the lightening, rain and passing vehicles. Sensors are very sensitive and doors are constantly opening.
